Yes. It can be distributed privately, according to your organisation’s Chrome environment and requirements.

Do you publish it to the Chrome Web Store?

I prepare the package and listing materials and support the submission. You should own the publisher account.

Can an extension work with any website?

Only with the required permissions and within browser and website limits. Feasibility and privacy are reviewed before development.

Can you improve an existing extension?

Yes, including Manifest V3 migration, debugging, usability changes, performance and new features.
