The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company name, selected service and the project details you choose to provide. Basic technical information may be processed temporarily to prevent spam and abuse.
Why it is used
The information is used only to assess and reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, take requested steps before a contract, and protect the form from abuse.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are delivered by email and are not stored in a website database. They may be retained for up to 12 months unless work begins or a longer period is required for legitimate business or legal records. Information is not sold and is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to deliver the website and email.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use advertising cookies or browser analytics at launch. Essential server logs and security controls may operate as part of normal hosting.
