Helena founded the firm in 2009 after eight years advising shipping groups and their lenders in London and Limassol. She leads the corporate and shipping work and is the first call for most of the firm’s business clients.
She is known for short, decisive advice: what the documents say, what the risk is, and what she would do in the client’s position.
Partner · Disputes
Marcus handles commercial disputes and property litigation before the Cyprus courts, and leads the firm’s mediation work.
He gives clients an early, written view of cost and likely outcome, and says so plainly when a case is not worth running.

Clara advises buyers, developers and families on property transactions, wills and succession, including estates with assets in more than one country.
She joined as a partner in 2016 and runs the firm’s fixed-fee property and private client work.
